One of my 30 years favourites ... blog post a little late 1 1/2 year ago ... but there we go ... :-)

My second time there and I was still or again amazed by the beauty of Charleston.
A still city on the east coast of the US, which has so much culture & art to offer and so many small things which are just beautiful to me.

Hey guys,

it is hard to describe why we do certain things, or choose a path, follow another direction or wanna go somewhere. I would always say: "Do what your gut tells you; listen to your heart and follow your instincts. These are never the wrong one's to trust."

For me what I would have never imagined is that I visit one foreign place three times in my life - and that in not even 4 years. My favourite place of the next holiday - starting in 5 1/2 days - is Wilmington, NC. I am calling the USA - especially North & South Carolina - my HOME from HOME. It is just the feeling you get, when you go on the road and feel "just" happiness. It is there without asking for it, the feeling just flows into your body & that is pure fortune & luck. I love that feeling. That is maybe a reason or the best reason for me to visit a place again. -> the overwhelming happiness.

That's what we are doing - my friend Patricia and I. Thank you for taking the ride with me again! :-)
